Refund policy

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is faulty or damaged.

If your product arrives in a faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

• Your Etsy order number

• A description of the fault

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. All orders are placed and paid for on Etsy, so Etsy's own purchase protection and policies also apply.

We are unable to offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing or ordering errors

• Normal wear and tear
