Everything you need to know

When should I order?

We make everything to order and post it within 1 to 2 working days by Royal Mail, so order as early as you can. For a 1 December arrival, order by Friday 20 November.

Can I see the name before I buy?

You add the names in the personalisation box on the Etsy listing. We make it exactly as you type it, so check the spelling and capital letters before you order.

Will it fit our elf?

Our arrival boxes and elf beds are sized for a standard 30cm (12 inch) elf, the same size as the Elves Behavin' Badly elves. Elves vary, so if you have an Elf on the Shelf® or another elf, measure it before you order, and get in touch if you're not sure.

How much is delivery?

£1.80 by Royal Mail 2nd Class for boxes, tags, postcards and cots on their own. £3.90 by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for anything with an elf and for wooden boxes. You pay one delivery charge per order. We deliver to UK addresses only.

When does the elf come back?

Every family does it differently. Lots of elves come back in the last week of November, and many arrive on 1 December. Most fly back to the North Pole on Christmas Eve.

Can you do a whole class or nursery?

Yes. We make batches with a different name on every piece, with group prices from 20 of the same item. Ask for a group price.

What if it arrives damaged?

Tell us within 7 days with a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.

We're a small family workshop on the Sussex coast. Every elf box is printed, every cot is cut and every tag is engraved here, then packed and posted by us.

We started on Etsy five years ago. This is our new home, with the same people and the same care.
